Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment to Accessibility
AETHER Simulation (“AETHER,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to providing a website— https://aether-ai.eu — and a cloud platform that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to ensure that our digital content, services, and features meet or exceed internationally recognised accessibility standards.
2. Conformance Standards
The Site and the web application are developed to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
3. Measures We Take
• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels for all interactive components.
• Keyboard-only navigation throughout the entire site.
• Text alternatives (alt text) for all non-decorative images and icons.
• Colour-contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
• Resizable text that does not break layout or functionality up to 200 %.
• Logical heading hierarchy to assist screen-reader users.
• Form fields with explicit labels and error identification.
• Skip-to-Content links to bypass repetitive page elements.
• Continuous automated and manual audits using tools such as Lighthouse, axe, and NVDA/VoiceOver testing.
4. Limitations & Alternatives
While we strive for full compliance, some third-party integrations (e.g., payment widgets, embedded 3-D molecule viewers) may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Where practical, we provide accessible alternatives such as:
• Downloadable data tables in CSV/JSON format when interactive charts are not fully screen-reader friendly.
• Static image snapshots for complex 3-D visualisations with descriptive captions.
If you encounter an element that prevents access, please let us know so we can provide an alternative format promptly.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with the following combinations of operating systems and browsers using assistive technologies:
• Windows 10/11 + Chrome/Edge + NVDA or JAWS.
• macOS + Safari/Chrome + VoiceOver.
• Linux + Firefox + Orca.
• iOS/iPadOS + Safari + VoiceOver.
• Android 11+ + Chrome + TalkBack.
6. Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process. All new features undergo an accessibility review prior to deployment, and legacy pages are audited at least twice per year. Employees receive periodic training on inclusive design and testing.
7. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback. If you experience any difficulty accessing information on this site or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us via:
• E-mail: contact@aether-ai.eu
When contacting us, please include:

We are committed to continual improvement and appreciate your help in making AETHER accessible to everyone.
